Lecture: Week 2

Mr. Fauzi began class by providing input on the previous week's results. The lecture then discussed simple composition, including the focal point, size and hierarchy, element balancing, and the importance of white space in allowing a concept to breathe. I believe that white space is an effective medium for balancing design features and better organizing information to enhance visual connectivity.

After that, Mr.Fauzi also explained the rules that use often in Digital Photography and Imaging. Furthermore, The discussion of golden ratio goes on and Mr.Fauzi shows us some example that has golden ratio.

Tutorial:

For the tutorial class, Mr.Fauzi show s a youtube video about the collage and also want us to be creative and explore more composition.

Practical:

Exercise: physical collage
For this exercise, I quite struggle with it because of the lack of materials like the old magazines, brochure, and flyer. I try to find as many as I founded and after a few attempts, I finally have some composition.
